The Cross Keys was situated on Leven
Road. This listed 17th C pub closed in 2002. In 2004, together with 3
adjacent properties (Mill House, Leven House, Mill Cottage) it was severely
damaged by flooding and remained derelict until 2007 when it was converted
into residential dwellings (together with Leven House and Mill Cottage).
Mill House was demolished.
Approval has been submitted to convert the property into a home for children
with autism or additional support needs. |
