The Pheasant Inn was situated at 241 Barnsley Road. This pub has been converted into two commercial units.

I had an uncle whose mother was killed outside the Pheasant Inn, she was pushing her grand child in a pram and was crushed against the wall of the pub. The grandchild was unhurt. not sure of the date but think it was the 60s or 70s.
