The Eston Hotel was situated on Fabian Road. This Sam Smith's pub closed in early 2019 but reopened after October 2019. It closed again on 18 March 2022 as the landlords wanted a "busier pub", and was due to re-open, but no evidence found that it did. Now up for sale. Local MP hopes it can be put to community use, using government regional funding.
