The Kings Head was situated at 69
Halifax Road. This pub closed in 2009. In 2007 there was a murder in the car park. The pub was a former coaching inn on the
Halifax to Bradford turnpike and was built c1800-30. It opened as a
children’s nursery in 2013. |

Used to have a dinner time pint here while working at Bulmer & Lumb. Its
name changed briefly to "Follies"as in Folies Bergere Paris when the gay
couple ran it .Then it changed back to Kings head. |
