I went to Cotteridge Junior school with a girl called
Jiulie Richards whose parents were Publicans of this magnificent pub at
the time. I was allowed by my mother to go and play with Julie ,
hereafter school..... We played in the HUGE staged ball room upstairs
and the maze of rooms and living quarters on the top floor and Julie
regailed ( and scared) me with tales of spoolks that allegedly haunted
the place |
