The Waterloo Inn was situated at 58 Bridgnorth Road. Closed in 2008, it is now used as an Indian restaurant.

My Dad Sid Lucas with my Mother Dora was landlord in 1958. The RAOB ( Buffalo’s) met in the assembly room upstairs. I remember a large box of clay pipes which were part of there member joining ceremony. My sister met her future husband there. I went to High Park School. Not particularly happy memories as my father actually died there aged 50.
