The Ship On The Green was situated at 60 Stepney Green. This pub was established as the Ship by 1818.  It was renamed The Astric Lodge, then The Ace of Hearts.  Acquired by the Tolly Cobbold Brewery of Ipswich in around 1984 and by 1991 had been renamed the Ship on the Green.  The pub closed in 2005 and has been converted to private residential use.
