From NE Lincolnshire Heritage: |
A Public House marked on the ordnance survey
1906-8 25 inch to 1 mile maps. Recorded as the Dogger Bank beer house
occupied by Mrs Frances Dolan in a directory of 1906-7.
The Dogger Bank Tavern is recorded in the 1877 Directory as being as 40
Freeman Street, suggesting a renumbering of the street at some point before
1890. The 1890 directory records a beer house called the Dogger Bank Inn
being at 52-54 Freeman Street. |
