The Plough was situated on the Main
Road. This pub was built in 1898, closed in 2010 and was given ACV designation the following
year. Bought by a developer, a number of applications to convert the
premises to residential use have been refused. There have been attempts by
locals to acquire the pub for a a community hub. |
