Glaziers Arms

 


The Glaziers Arms was situated on the High Street. This grade-II listed beerhouse is now in residential use.

Grade II listed public house, dating from the 17th century, raised and altered in the late 18th century. It is coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and has a pantile roof with two gable red brick stacks.
Listed building details:
Public house. C17, raised and altered late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins. Pantile roof having 2 gable red brick stacks. 2 storey 3 bay front with to left a half glazed door and to right single 3 light and 2 light glazing bar sliding sashes with C20 shutters, all these openings have timber lintels. To first floor 2 two light sliding sashes with C20 cambered timber lintels. Interior retains chamfered girders.
