Hand In Hand, Toseland

Hand In Hand pub and outbuildings, 1915

The Hand In Hand was situated on the High Street. This and all the outbuildings were destroyed in 1943 when a Halifax bomber, returning from a raid on Germany, crashed. All the crew were killed except for the rear gunner.
