The Fountain

The Fountain was situated on the A1060. This was a lovely main road Victorian country local. An ex-Ridleys pub, it closed sometime in the 1980s or possibly the early 1990s. It is now a private house. The demise of it was presumably due to it being a fair distance from Good Easter village which with the closure of The Star became another publess village.
