The Prince Of Wales was situated
at 122 Manor Way. The pub was
destroyed during an air raid on 19th April 1941 with considerable loss of
life. It was rebuilt after 1941 and operated as as a pub until the 1990s. A block of flats was
then built on the site of the demolished pub (see above photo). |
