American here. Lived in Heanor 1997-2000 when
this was Market Hotel; moved to King of Prussia Pennsylvania USA, the town
next to where I grew up before moving to England. I only learned this
history of the Heanor KoP 2026.07.20! The USA King of Prussia Inn, est'd
1713, frequented by American generals 1777–78 when the revolutionary troops
wintered at Valley Forge. I've a poster of the KoP Inn I'll copy&send to the
Heanor landlord. |
