The Lord Raglan was situated at 132 St
Leonards Road. This pub closed in 1997
and was subsequently demolished and replaced by a block of apartments called
Lord Raglan House. |

My Nan & Grandad, Ken & Billie ran this pub in
the 1970s to 1980s. I spent a lot of my childhood there and the place was
huge with a public and saloon bar. They had 2 dogs over their time there,
Rusty & Monty. |

Was attached to the Queens Life Guards for a few weeks and I have fond
memories of the Pub, and meeting with Ken and Billie Donne that owned
the Pub at the time. Sorry to here that it is no longer there. |
