Worked behind the bar here in the sixties when the
Chittys were landlords,as did my husband Tony Purser and my
parents. [Loved the Chittys,the last,what I call real publicans] Still
live in Watlington Street. Lived here about 46 years so had many a good
Christmas and New year in the County. I remember many Christmas times
doing the conga round the streets, starting and finishing at the County.
