Name Dates Comments Sally Jane Emm 1957/1963 My parents Peter and noeleen Raes ran the pub from 1957 to 1963. The farm was still a working farm across the road. The lady there taught me how to tell the time. Friends lived down the lane near the quarry, in fact the rear of the garden backed onto the quarry.
