   Share warrant for 10 ordinary shares of $5 each in this cigar manufacturing company based in Kelowna, Canada, dated 30th September 1912. Ornate green border with actual handwritten signatures of  the President and B Ronald King, Secretary. Company seal. The company was founded by Louis H Holman, a tobacco grower with experience in Eastern Canada and the Virginias. By 1912  the company had 375 acres planted out to tobacco, producing 125,000 lbs of high grade leaf.

Certificate size is 29 cm high x 34 cm wide (12" x 14.5"), excluding dividend coupons. It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 39 cm high x 31 cm wide. Due to the size of the certificate the scanned image is trimmed slightly.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted upon order.
