Teddy Pope	c1954	I worked at The George pub,as a drummer with Barry James (pianist) and Fat Lou was the compere,I think we were paid £ 3-00 a night,Fri-Sat- Sun- which was decent,those days on top of your wages, £9-00 and was single, living with my parents, The pub was always packed out and was big lounge bar,Does anyone remember those times?
