The Dans Castle Inn was situated on Dans Castle.
When a kid my family visited relatives in Tow Law, who ran Dan's Castle, David and Muriel Gibson. We used to visit on Sundays, as kids we'd wait until 3PM for the bar to close and empty, then get in to play dominoes & darts & music on the jukebox. We'd leave with a couple of crates of bitter (Dad) and Babycham (Mam). Around 1974/75 they'd left Tow Law and the publican's life.
