Name Dates Comments Colin Power 1987/1992 I was the last Landlord of the pub until the brewery went onto full repairing leases. We attempted to buy the pub from the brewery but they refused. Our story was documented in a Channel 4 documentary "Lifeboat" as I was a crew member of the Baltic Exchange II. It was never profitable after we were evicted.
