   Certificate dated 14th January 1977  for 100 shares of common stock, par value $0.50, in this trucking company which was based in St Pauls, Minnesota. The company was eventually purchased by Halls Motor Transit of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Issued to James M Collins and Jacqueline A Collins, with the printed signatures of Harvey L Werner, President and Thomas Feinbert, company secretary. Ornate blue border with vignette at top of certificate.

Certificate size is 27 cm high x 30.5 cm wide (11.5" x 12.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
