Certificate in the name of Blyth & Co,
dated 4th May 1970, for 200 shares of par value $1 each, in this
engineering company. Ornate blue border.
The company was founded in 1952, in
Kensington, Maryland by Dr Bruno Weinschel and manufactured the world's
first commercially available coaxial attenuators. In August 1986 the
company was sold to Lucas Industries.
This certificate has the printed
signatures of Bruno Weinschel,
Chairman and
Thelma Fisher, Secretary of the Company.
Certificate size is 20.5 cm
high x 30 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame,
with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
