   Certificate, dated 23rd September 1966,  for 100 shares of common stock of par value $1.00 each in this insurance company. Issued to Francis L Du Pont & Co. Printed signatures of the President and Treasurer of the company. Vignette of lighthouse. Ornate orange border with company seal. The company was incorporated in 1933 and went bankrupt in 1971.

Certificate size is 20.5 cm high x 30 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
