   Certificate dated 13th January 1965 for 100 shares of common stock without par value.

Issued to Kidder, Peabody & Co, with the printed signatures of W White, Chairman,  and the Secretary of the company. Vignette of man and woman at top of certificate. Ornate red border.

Certificate size is 20.5 cm high x 30.5 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
