Certificate dated 28th February 1963,
for 100 shares of common stock of par value $10 each in this New Jersey
manufacturer of folding cardboard cartons. Printed signatures of William
S Stuhr, President and A W Abrams, Assistant Treasurer of the
company. Vignette of woman beside a globe. Ornate red border. The
certificate was issued to the president of the company, William S Stuhr
of 68 Hudson Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, however was overstamped
'Issued In Error'. The company was incorporated in 1912 and eventually
sold to Wheelabrator-Frye Inc. in 1972.

Certificate size is 20
cm high x 30 cm wide. It will be double mounted in a mahogany
frame, with gold inlay.
