   Certificate dated 1st December 1961 for 4 shares of common stock of par value $1.00 each.

Issued to WA and AM White, 20 Broad St, New York, with the printed signatures of John Leslie, President and Hugh Burton, Secretary of the Company. Ornate blue border. Vignette of muscular man in front of machinery. Condition VF, unfolded.

Certificate size is 20.5 cm high x 30 cm wide (8" x 12"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted upon order.
