Certificate number 587 for 1,000 ordinary  shares of ordinary stock of 5 shillings each in this British motor dealer. Black and white certificate dated 29th July 1959,  showing the actual handwritten signatures of directors Alan Kirby and A A Taylor, together with that of the company secretary. Imprint of company seal. Issued to John Cotterall, 69a Cambridge Road, Southport.

Certificate size is 26 cm high x 27 cm wide (11" x 11.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
