Issued to W D Williamson on 26th February 1918 with the handwritten signatures of the president and secretary of the company. Ornate black border with imprint of the company seal. Vignette of eagle in front of fort and railroad train. 4 cent tax stamp attached.

Certificate size is 21 cm high x 27 cm wide. It will be double mounted in a mahogany frame, on request.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
