Company Towle Manufacturing Company, formed in 1880, which eventually changed its name to Towle Silversmiths. In 1986 it was acquired by the Syratech Corporation.
Description Certificate no. 647 for three shares of capital stock. Ornate brown border with imprint of company seal. Vignette of the company's factory.
Issued To William E Risley. Reverse of the certifcate shows transfer to George D Lunt.
