Certificate no. 42 for 50 shares of £1 each in the name of Captain Henry Octavius Thorp. Original handwritten signatures of Samuel Roger and H J Shrapnel, directors, together with that of M A Lane, company secretary. Dated 14th March 1910. This company was originally sited at 266a South Lambeth Road, London, and manufactured splashguards for motor vehicles.

Certificate size is 19 cm high x 20 cm wide (10" x 10.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide. You will also be supplied with the original letter of allotment for Captain Thorp.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
