Certificate no. 144 for 100 shares of £1 each in this South American rubber company, incorporated in Delaware. Issued in the name of Julius Jacoby. Original handwritten signatures of D W Young, President and Frederick Kopf, Secretary. Dated 10th June 1910.

Certificate size is 21 cm high x 30 cm wide (8.5" x 12.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
