   Certificate number 312 for one $25 share of capital stock (of only 2,400) in this Bremen, Ohio, oil company. Issued to Dr. A O Griffin on 29th June 1909, with the original, handwritten signatures of the Company President and J LeCroix, Secretary. Black and cream certificate with gold embossed seal.

Certificate size is 28 cm wide x 21 cm high (11.5" x 8.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 40 cm wide x 30 cm high.
