   Certificate number 3, (of only 20 issued) dated 1st July 1908 for a  $400 bond  bearing 4.5% interest, the proceeds of which were used to build a schoolhouse in Springfield Township, Allen County, Illinois.

Signed by J H Zimmerman as trustee. Ornate green border. Imprint of the official seal of Allen County

Certificate size is 26 cm wide x 41 cm high. It will be double mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay.

The certificate is shown unframed as all items are mounted to order.
