Certificate number 827  for 500 shares of capital stock of $1 each, in the name of Frederick Belcher, in this Arizona-based minerals company. Black decorative border  together with the corporate seal. Dated 25th October 1905. Actual handwritten signatures of Leslie Burr, Assistant Secretary together with the President of the company.

Certificate size is 21.5 cm high x 25 cm wide (9" x 10.5"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 31 cm high x 39 cm wide.
