   Unissued certificate, number 454,  for this Chester, Philadelphia-based bank, incorporated in 1885. Black and white certificate from the 1880s,  in mint condition with black ornate border.

Certificate size is 30 cm wide x 19 cm high (12.5" x 8"). It will be mounted in a mahogany frame, with gold inlay, size 40 cm wide x 30 cm high.
